ગુજરાતમાં #ફિક્સ_પે કર્મચારીઓનું લાંબા સમયથી શોષણ થઈ રહ્યું ��ે, ભાજપ સરકારે ફિક્સ પે પ્રથા નાબૂદ કરીને યુવાઓની માંગ સ્વીકારવી જોઈએ. રાજ્યમાં લાખો જગ્યાઓ ખાલી છે તેમાં ભરતી કરવાને બદલે સરકાર આઉટસોર્સિંગ પ્રથાથી યુવાઓનું શોષણ કરી રહી છે.

Enough is Enough..!!
For years, Gujarat’s educated Gen Z youth have been trapped under the injustice of “Fix Pay” a system that shamelessly exploits hardworking employees while ministers and officers enjoy limitless privileges.

Is this the “Vikas” Gujarat was promised?

If the government can spend crores on self-promotion and grand events, why can’t it ensure fair pay for its own workers ?

This is not just a protest this is a Gen Z revolution against exploitation and inequality.
A generation that refuses to stay silent, refuses to be used, and refuses to be ignored any longer.
