@sleepdiplomat I’m part way through your Why We Sleep book and loving it. When is it too late to start sleeping properly to prevent things like Alzheimer’s. I sleep well when I do sleep but poorly far too often (4-5 times a week) for 25+ years. I’m 39 in April! Thanks

@theJeremyVine I can understand why drivers make the mistake where there are lanes marked out. At 20mph it’s clear he’s not going to hit you unless you make a mistake. The Highway Code is clear at 1.5m, so people need to be informed, it’s not hard to brake and leave room.

@TalkTalk useless, only company that hasn’t paid cashback in all the years, Apple paid when I claimed missing as did one other company. I gave all the info when I claimed, I even gave a reference number after phoning TalkTalk. £42.50 cashback owed! Disappointing!

@AmazonHelp I’m in the uk. Link was fine but as you should know it will only give me return as an option. These were the damages. Only minor, seems a waste to send these back. Main thing is you try to improve packaging where possible in an eco way. 10% back seems fair even in a voucher?

@AmazonUK poor book packaging. Last 2 books damaged. Folded corner I couldn’t be bothered to complain about & hardback book today crushed spine. I don’t want a return or replacement, as it’s not eco friendly. I don’t see how to feedback and get a small % compensation for damage?
