@ATinyGreenCell Haha.. Welcome to Indian biolabs! Well a good chunk of them at least. Pressure cooker that costs 20 dollars used to be our autoclave and these survive for more than a decade of lab use and we used autoclave everything that was smaller than a 10L capacity

It just took longer than 24hrs but this is without dedicated sucrose permease. 🍬🦠
