🇺🇸 GEN Z, MEET THE HOUSING WALL: ONLY 5% OF MORTGAGE HOLDERS ARE UNDER 30
The American Dream just aged out.
According to new data from LendingTree, less than 5% of people with mortgages are under 30 - a brutal snapshot of how far homeownership has drifted from reach for young adults.
That means 95% of mortgage debt in the U.S. is held by people who were already in the game - the same ones now watching their equity balloon while Gen Z scrolls Zillow like it’s fantasy football.
The math is merciless: soaring home prices, 7%+ mortgage rates, and record student debt have turned “starter home” into a punchline.
Even dual-income earners can’t outbid hedge funds and boomers with cash.
This isn’t a blip - it’s a generational cutoff.
The youngest Americans aren’t just locked out of housing - they’re being priced out of wealth itself.

🇯🇵 KAWASAKI UNVEILS HYDROGEN-POWERED RIDABLE ROBOTIC HORSE
Kawasaki revealed “Corleo,” a hydrogen-powered robotic horse you can ride, at Osaka-Kansai Expo 2025.
Powered by a 150cc hydrogen engine, Corleo walks on four robotic legs, responds to body movements instead of controls, and can even jump.
It’s still a concept, but Kawasaki is targeting a possible market release by 2050.

@DrNeilStone What is the rationale for combining the three different antigens into one shot? Wouldn’t it make more sense to let the body fight off one at a time?
Since 2020, U.S. home values have risen by 45.3 percent. In other words, more than 10 years of typical home value growth has been packed into a five-year period, a new report from Zillow shows. https://t.co/gG1D4eYP41
