Hi everyone, this is to report a case of fraud my friend experienced yesterday with @amazonIN delivery.

Here goes the story:

She ordered a iPhone 17 Pro Max for an exchange of her old iPhone.

The delivery man seemed to be in a hurry, she handed over her old phone..

Amazon investigated but denied the refund, claiming the correct item was shipped, despite the buyer's unboxing video evidence

@ganeshsonawane @jaideepwadali @amazonIN And samething happened with me for @apple AirPod …the product was counterfeit and they accepted it initially but after returning they says that product is not same and hence no refund

@amazonIN at his best in delivering the non workable product. Had a different experience when even after accepting the product being counterfeit after @Apple certification,didn’t refund the money. Given the @ganeshsonawane reach on X, he might get the refund

ordered a robot dog for kid from amazon and received a used ash tray and junk instead. return accepted on app but pickup person cant pickup as its not a robot dog. directionless wait from over a week. sad to see this from my favourite platform @amazonIN 🤦‍♂️

@amazonIN @amazon is cheating customers for mobile and electronic device under its own in house vendor in India by delivering counterfeit products. Same thing happened with me for @apple product.

Never ever purchase any @Apple product from @amazonIN platform. First they will dump you the product which will not work from day zero and upon complaining they would tell you to contact with apple care centre. (1/n)

Never ever purchase any @Apple product from @amazonIN platform. First they will dump you the product which will not work from day zero and upon complaining they would tell you to contact with apple care centre. (1/n)

@amazonIN @amazon @Apple Since there was multiple calls to Amazon customer care from our side, we told them to preserve it as we may take legal route for this issue. Please help to amplify the cheating done by @amazonIN for issuing counterfeit @Apple product through its in house seller.

@amazonIN @amazon @Apple Post five days they told that the investigation is complete and they would refund the money of the product and initiated return of the product. Amazon authorised vendor collected the product on 26th feb and we were given the assurance that the refund will be processed soon.

@amazonIN @amazon @Apple Then I again reconnected with Amazon team and they told us to share all the relevant details of the product including the apple issued letter. They told that they will be making an investigation and will come back in 5 days post investigation on the way forward.
