I ordered tanker from kwsb,but the driver didnot delivered me,when I call first time, said I deliver after some time when I call 2nd time said I have not receipt.i attached screenshot,please kwsb take action

I did lot of complain about pmt breaker lead faulty but k.e is not responding and repairing these leads.we suffer about one month ,every night breaker trip many time.power off
