@IcelandFoods hi, how do I apply for a bonus card, the local store said they do not do physical cards anymore, and on the app it always says ‘try again later’
@IcelandFoods good afternoon, I have just received my every but I have items missing that were not on the ‘refunded’ email. I’ve tried to call 02081 672 563 to report this but there is no answer.
@virginmedia I have a fault with my TV box, I’ve tried calling the help line number, which effectively takes you through the menu, and ends the call by sending the most useless text message ever which is just as bad as the tv box fault! Shocking customer service…please DM me.

@easyJet hi, I’ve had an email regarding a change to a flight I have booked. My car hire cannot be amended. Could I please discuss with someone as I cannot make changes to car hire so will need an alternative car hire as flight now departs 1 day before original booking?
@HenyeFranks@santanderuk@monzo I’ve had the same issue as well, I’ve ended up making 3 transfers from Santander to Monzo and nothing is showing up in Monzo? It’s usually an instant transfer?
