Hey @ixigo , extremely disappointed with my stay at Hotel Supreme (Booking ID: 2032197000). The amenities listed on your site were non-existent:
• No WiFi/TV
• Leaking AC (no remote)
• No 24x7 water & broken shower
• Filthy toilet/basin/mirror
