The salty ones become toxic & start rallying parents to complain to the AD's.
Parents: Stop buying the 💩! Org directors of travel programs walking around at 12u tourneys "recruiting" you & your player has to be on of the slimiest things. Desperation is huge red flag! Yet, some ppl will buy it. That's all need to hear about org to know that's not the fit!

Most coaches want to work with the most talented players. This is the easy road. A truly great coach can teach beginners the fundamentals and help them develop into successful athletes.
The lead arm should be high enough to read the team name on the front of the jersey. Even on low pitches.
