@bookingcom I have just booked accommodation via your site. *Money has been taken from my credit card* but when booking there was a 'we had problem taking your payment'. I have had no confirmation email and am in limbo. Please help!
Ordered three burgers and fries at @shakeshackUK on Monday night. When I went to collect was told they had "run out" of ketchup. I said to the manager "There's a Sainsbury's 5 mins down the road, why don't you just go and buy some?" β but he just looked at me blankly.
Talk about semantics. Complaining to @LNER online (via chat) about a lack of catering on a train and told I have to email "customer relations". "Aren't you customer relations?", I ask. "No, we're customer services". π
@MercedesAMGF1 'Strategy' was supposed to be the card you were going to play to help Lewis and George progress. Why didn't you pull Lewis in a few laps early to go onto slicks in an attempt to gain positions, instead of just doing it at the same time as everyone else?
@Barclaycard Yes, you've had my claim for 40 days. You told me 15 days response time when you already knew we were in a COVID-19 situation. I've had 4 emails saying 'there's a backlog please be patient'. Ridiculous. You're as bad as @VirginHolidays
@MartinSLewis@MoneySavingExp @VirginHolidays Also, raised this as a dispute with @Barclaycard and they've been useless as well. They promised to get back to me in 15 days, but 32 days later still waiting. They are 'working on back log'...
@MartinSLewis@MoneySavingExp Was due to travel with @VirginHolidays on 4 April. Holiday was of course cancelled & on 1 April was told would get a refund in 45 days. Then on 11 May was told they 'couldn't confirm' when the refund would come. Then on 11 June told it was going to be 120 days. Still waiting!!
.@VirginHolidays are supposed to be refunding me for a holiday that didn't happen. They said it would take "up to 45 days", which is a long wait. Now (on day 41) I get an email saying "we canβt confirm what the timescale for your refund will be right now"! Unacceptable.
The only delivery slot available in the next 36 days is 15 April. Except when you click on that day, it says that's not available either! Your delivery calendar doesn't work. Cannot look at May for instance. I realise these are extraordinary circumstances, but this is poor.
