The dev behind Dolos the Bully, a project that reached a $250M market cap, is now building something even bigger.
Primis Protocol is essentially a decentralized computer engine for AI innovation, infrastructure designed to power the next generation of AI in a fully decentralized way. Not another meme, not another short-term play, but real tech.
All the fees are redirected to @khouuba.
This can be huge for @BagsApp / @Finnbags.
https://t.co/OZI5EyZlNw
yeah exactly, the good part is simple:
if the token gets volume, it generates fees.
those fees can go back to @bbuddha_xyz and help fund more agent runs, more compute, more experiments, more open-source work.
it’s basically community attention turning into real resources for the person actually building.
we’ve already seen this with @khouuba and $PRIMIS, where fees have done 60k+ and actually helped push the project forward.
that’s the whole point.
@P3b7_ genuine question:
what's more likely to be the bottleneck?
quantum hardware catching up
or Bitcoin coordinating a migration once it needs to happen?
1/
Most people are reading the quantum / Bitcoin thing wrong.
The point is not “Bitcoin is broken today.”
It isn’t.
The real story is that open agents are now optimizing quantum circuits in public, and moving the benchmark faster than expected.
That’s the scary / exciting part.
2/
From what I understand, the challenge started around Google’s unpublished quantum circuit related to ECDSA.
ECDSA is the signature scheme Bitcoin uses to prove ownership of coins.
If quantum hardware ever gets strong enough, ECDSA is one of the things Bitcoin eventually needs to migrate away from.
3/
But the key word is eventually.
We’re not there today.
You still need extremely powerful quantum hardware that does not exist at the required scale yet.
So this isn’t a “BTC is dead” post.
It’s more like:
“the post-quantum clock may be ticking faster than people thought.”
4/
What makes this huge is that the work is happening in the open.
Instead of a closed Google result nobody can inspect, you now have researchers, agents, and the public trying to optimize the circuit together.
Open competition.
Open progress.
Measurable improvements.
That’s very different.
5/
And now the target seems to be moving from:
“can we beat Google’s circuit?”
to:
“can we reduce the number of qubits needed?”
That matters way more long term.
Because every reduction in qubits / gates makes the theoretical attack less impossible.
Still not immediate.
But closer.
6/
This is where @sreeramkannan and @bbuddha_xyz framing is important.
Bitcoin is not fragile because one paper drops.
Bitcoin is strong because problems are public, attacks are public, and upgrades can be coordinated when the risk becomes real.
Open source systems survive by seeing threats early.
7/
The real question is not:
“is Bitcoin broken?”
The real question is:
“how early should Bitcoin start coordinating around post-quantum migration?”
Because the hard part might not only be the quantum hardware.
It might be social coordination.
8/
That’s why this whole thing is important.
AI agents are accelerating research.
Quantum optimization is improving in public.
Bitcoin’s post-quantum future is becoming less abstract.
Not panic.
But definitely not nothing.
Feels like one of those moments people will look back on and realize it mattered earlier than they thought.
I beat one of the best published quantum circuits for breaking Bitcoin.
And I have no formal training in quantum cryptography. Using just AI agents, I improved it by ~2x. But I haven’t beat Google’s best classified circuit yet.
So, today I'm launching ecdsa(dot)fail -- an open competition for researchers, autoresearchers, and agents to beat Google.
Download the CLI, point your agent at it, and start optimizing.
yeah this is exactly what people were waiting for.
closed beta already doing $100k/month in compute volume and open beta one sprint away is not a small update.
Primis isn’t just talking about the pricing layer for AI compute, it’s actually being used.
PRIMIS OPEN BETA IS NOW ONE SPRINT AWAY 🔥
@khouuba just shared a major update on @primisprotocol and it sounds like the wait is almost over.
The Primis closed beta has been running for months and is already processing:
→ $100,000 in monthly compute volume
The team says the beta has helped identify what needs to improve before scaling further.
The compute market is evolving exactly as Primis predicted, and open beta is closer than ever.
Primis mode.
We just raised a historic funding round for Portugal, backed by some of the country’s top unicorn founders. And we're now looking for the best young talent to join us.
So we built something to find them. It's called Arcus - a series of trials. No resume. No application forms. Just a terminal and a problem to solve.
The first trial is live: Ode Triunfal, with €3k in prizes. Access it through 'ssh augustalabs[dot]ai'.
More info in the comments.
We're just getting started.

for people confused about the andvirus narrative
this started blowing up after reports of a hantavirus outbreak aboard a cruise ship started circulating across the news
multiple deaths already reported
several confirmed and suspected infections
passengers isolated on the ship
and the part catching attention online
is that some reports are discussing possible human-to-human transmission
which immediately reminded people of early covid timeline dynamics
fragmented information
uncertainty
rapid media spread
the story is basically everywhere right now
interesting watching how fast the internet reacts to these narratives
people forget how early covid discussions looked in the beginning
small reports
internet speculation
conflicting information
then the narrative accelerated globally
interesting watching similar conversations start forming around andvirus

didnt bond yet
yeah it’s essentially this.
i bought the token because i genuinely found what you’re building interesting, and it felt like a way to support it at the same time.
not expecting anything from you, just liked the project 👍
+ you're the fees receiver so yeah
