@Coinhouseu Hey, still haven’t received a reply to my ticket #681. Can you look it up please?

[David Rivest @mrrivest]

@Coinhouseu Hey, I can't cancel my buy orders! The cancel window opens up, but pressing OK does not cancel the order. Please advice.

[David Rivest @mrrivest]

@Marc_Fitt Marc, follow me, I have a business offer for you, need to talk in private.

[David Rivest @mrrivest]

@FidoCedrik J'aurais besoin que tu me rappel, je veux faire une vérification des changements apportés à mon compte depuis le 4S. Merci !

[David Rivest @mrrivest]

@FidoCedrik @fidosolutions Followed!

[David Rivest @mrrivest]

@Fidomobile I have a (quite big) problem with my bill, neither a CSR or it's supervisor could resolve it. Mind helping me?

[David Rivest @mrrivest]

@Franpeuple Coupe pas trop, on veux un CD bien rempli ;)

[David Rivest @mrrivest]

@HeyTell Nvermind, I found the problem. It was a new contact. I had to fully close the app and open it again for the contact list to update.

[David Rivest @mrrivest]

@HeyTell Without a phone number I meant. A contact that has no phone number can't be seen.

[David Rivest @mrrivest]

@HeyTell Well, why can't we see those contacts without an email adress in the contac selection screen?

[David Rivest @mrrivest]

@HeyTell I love using HeyTell, it's awesome! Could it be possible to use it with contact who do not have a phone #? Think about iPod Touch.?

[David Rivest @mrrivest]

@Fidomobile My bill errors are still not solved. It's been a month now.

[David Rivest @mrrivest]

@Franpeuple Parfait! Et pour ceux qui ont manqué la première version? Too bad ? ;)

[David Rivest @mrrivest]

@Franpeuple François, où peut-on entendre ta version de Only Girl in the world? (Apart la radio évidement) :)

[David Rivest @mrrivest]

@Fidomobile I never heard back from you Fido, I was supposed to receive a call from escalated support but I never did...

[David Rivest @mrrivest]

@Fidomobile DM sent.

[David Rivest @mrrivest]

@Fidomobile I'm having huge problems with my bill, csr agent can't do anything, store won't help either. Help :(

[David Rivest @mrrivest]

@Fidomobile Wow, Thanks for the great service. Received a call today and all was worked out. I'm impressed. Best customer service. Thanks :)

[David Rivest @mrrivest]

@Fidomobile Hi, I have problems with my bill that the rep said can't solve. Is there anything you can do?
