A few obvious steps that an America-first Congress could take to contain the damage of today's birthright citizenship ruling:

-Abolish dual citizenship. A person can be loyal to one country, period. An adult who holds citizenship in another country should forfeit their U.S. citizenship, automatically.

-Ban surrogate pregnancies in America for foreigners. Traditonal birth tourism gets more attention, but an even more glaring problem is that foreigners can simply stop in the United States to launch a surrogate pregnancy -- or even pay for a surrogacy using a sperm and egg from two people who have never come to the U.S. at all. This is already being exploited by Chinese billionaires to have literally dozens or hundreds of U.S. citizen kids. Ban it.

-Criminally punish foreign birth tourism. The court says we can't deny citizenship to the children of birth tourists. Fine. But we can still punish their parents and enablers. If somebody uses deception to enter the United States temporarily to have an anchor baby, they should face massive fines or, if necessary, a jail sentence -- and the same should go for those running "birth tourist hotels" and similar operations to facilitate this.

The overwhelming reason why the Fourteenth Amendment does not apply to Chinese or other birth tourists is that it extends citizenship only to those who “reside” in one of the states. The meaning of “reside” is well established throughout American law, including tax law and countless other legal contexts. Tourists, by definition, do not “reside.” This should have been an easy case, which makes it all the more remarkable that the majority did not even attempt to grapple with this issue.

In fact, the only justice who addressed it at all was Justice Thomas in dissent.

It is another reminder of just how fallible, ideological, and political the courts are, including the Supreme Court. We expect judges to faithfully apply the law, but most of the them simply produce opinions that align with their preconceived policy preferences while ignoring the arguments that stand in the way.

It is also a reminder that Justice Thomas should not retire anytime soon. He is simply the best justice on the Court, and probably the best ever. There is no reason to give that up when no one has any idea what might come next (see Amy Coney Barrett).

Arizona Republican Party Chair Jeff DeWit caught on a secret recording trying to bribe @KariLake not to run for the Senate. That didn’t work—so they rigged the election instead, not once, but twice.

John Roberts, Amy Coney Barrett, and the 3 liberal justices just ruled the 14th amendment (somehow) gives birthright citizenship to Chinese birth tourists.

This means Chinese women have their babies in America, take them back to China with their American citizenship, never step foot in America again, mail in votes to affect American elections, and take social security and other benefits.

Or worse, these "American citizens" come back to America as adults to subvert our national security.

We've already had 1.5 million Chinese birth tourists.

There is no greater betrayal of our sovereignty by the Supreme Court.

Towards the end Charlie had became aware of this fact and attempted to extricate himself from this den of wolves.

We know this because of the memo ordering a DOGE style audit and replacing Tyler Bowyer with Justin Streiff, plus he had an appointment to change his end of life documents (i.e. will) on September 15th where we believe he was about to remove Erika as beneificiary.
Sadly Charlie was killed on September 10th and didn't make that appointment. :-(
