The 10-year-old victim in this video was moments from not coming back. A few seconds, a few yards of distance, and this ends very differently. And the lifeguard who went in after him would have been left to carry that largely on his own.

A firefighter, a police officer, or a paramedic who works a call that ends in a death has access to counseling, peer support, and critical incident debriefing. That exists because we decided as a country that the people we send toward the worst moments of other people's lives should not have to process those moments alone. Open water lifeguards have no guaranteed access to any of it, because they are not categorized as first responders. Same water, same outcomes, same weight afterward, different classification on paper.

That is what H.Res. 1188 is about. It calls for recognizing open water lifeguards as first responders and emergency response providers. It is sitting in committee right now. If you watched this video and felt something, that is the thing worth doing something about.

In the meantime: watch your kids every second they are in the water, and swim near a lifeguard.

Answers to the most common questions:

"WHY DID YOU TAKE THE ORIGINAL POST DOWN?" Because I opened it with the wrong thing and couldn't edit it. I don't use social media; the only platform I've used routinely is Instagram, for my photography hobby, and I'm new to X and a bit clumsy with it. My original opening line about reposting rights was intended for media outlets, who all ask the same questions before running footage, but I phrased it poorly and it read as a lecture to everyone, which was not my intention. My mistake. The message that mattered got buried under it, so I've moved that information where it belongs, below.

"WHY DIDN'T YOU HELP?" This happened at 3:42 PM on Saturday, July 25. I was next to tower 1, at the west end of the beach, when a sneaker wave crashed and the sound made me look up; I saw the boy's head drifting back out, about 200 yards east of me, closer to tower 2. Another man beside me saw it at the same moment and we both alerted the tower 1 guard, who radioed and got word that tower 2 was already on it. The guard you see in the video was already out of his tower and running down the sand before most people on the beach had registered anything was wrong; a second guard near tower 2 came in behind him to assist. The tower 1 guard held his position next to me, which is exactly right; you don't empty every tower on a half-mile beach for one incident. Only then did I start recording. I'm a photographer, not a lifeguard, and at 200 yards I was shooting through a telephoto lens; the compression makes it look far closer than it was. Watch the video and you'll see the responding guard waving off the bystanders who jumped in, because every untrained swimmer in that water is another liability and potentially one more person to rescue.

"WHAT WERE THE CONDITIONS THAT DAY?" Red warning flags were posted on the lifeguard towers, meaning hazardous surf, with the beach open; flags are a warning system, and lifeguards on a public beach have no authority to bar thousands of people from the water. A long-period south swell from Southern Hemisphere storms was driving dangerous surf along the coast for days before and after; the National Weather Service had a beach hazards statement in effect warning of sneaker waves, strong rip currents, and breaking waves up to 10 feet, and Santa Cruz County Fire had posted warnings two days earlier. The dangerous part of this kind of swell is the pattern: long stretches of relatively mild water, then sudden sets of intense waves. Water that looks calm when you walk in can turn violent minutes later, which is exactly how swimmers get caught out, and exactly why trained lifeguards watching the water matter. Santa Cruz lifeguards made more than 25 rescues that Saturday alone. The beach was busy and plenty of people were in the water.

"IS THE BOY OKAY?" Yes. Once he was brought ashore, I stopped recording and walked over. By the time I crossed the beach to that end, he was sitting up under his own strength and talking with the lifeguards who pulled him out, as fire and ambulance crews arrived. That moment felt private, so I chose not to film or photograph any of it. I later learned he was medically evaluated and released the same day.

"DID THE FAMILY APPROVE THIS?" I've been in contact with the boy's father since the rescue. He's aware of the video and supportive, and he and I have been working together to make sure the lifeguards get the recognition and thanks they earned.

"ARE YOU MAKING MONEY OFF THIS?" No. I haven't monetized this video on any platform, and I've released it to media outlets at no cost. Since posting it, I've heard from several lifeguards grateful that what they face on a regular basis is finally documented clearly.

👉🏼Ok, so as most of you know, I've been watching the blood moons pretty closely over the past few years, and I came across something I found really interesting. Let's dig in...

PASSOVER AND SUKKOT BLOOD MOON TETRADS

We know that blood moon tetrad is four consecutive total lunar eclipses with no partial eclipses between them. Tetrads themselves are not rare—they're relatively common. But when we look specifically at the tetrads in which the blood moons fall exactly ON Passover and ON Sukkot—I found something pretty intriguing!

Take a look—these are the only Passover-Sukkot blood moon tetrads in recorded history:

🔴795-796 AD
🔴842-843 AD
🔴860-861 AD
🔴1428-1429 AD
🔴1493-1494 AD
🔴1949-1950 AD
🔴1967-1968 AD
🔴2014-2015 AD
🔴2032-2033 AD (partial)

⛔Before Christ — no Passover-Sukkot tetrads on record.

⛔After 2033 — no more Passover-Sukkot tetrads for the foreseeable astronomical future.

🛎️That means the entire window of Passover-Sukkot blood moon tetrads spans approximately from the first century AD to 2033. Roughly 2,000 years. Beginning near the time of Christ. Ending near the 2,000 year anniversary of the crucifixion.

I found that to be an amazing fact! This is not an interpretation—it's simply what the data shows!!

☝🏼One more thing stood out. These Passover-Sukkot tetrads don't occur at regular intervals. Instead, it’s marked by long periods of silence—sometimes lasting centuries—followed by clusters of tetrads appearing within just a few decades. It reminds me of timing contractions — long quiet stretches, then a sudden cluster. Interestingly, we're living in the most concentrated cluster of the entire 2,000-year pattern.

WHAT MAKES THE TETRAD PATTERN ACTUALLY SIGNIFICANT:

👉🏼The blood moon tetrads falling on Passover and Sukkot are not random. Those two feasts bracket God's redemptive calendar. Passover points to redemption through the blood, and Sukkot points to God dwelling with His people during the Millennial Reign. Together, they frame the entire story of redemption—from the Exodus to the Millennial Kingdom. A tetrad falling precisely ON those feasts—not just near them, but ON them—is a pattern that makes us want to dig a little deeper.

This is what historically took place during these modern tetrads:

🗓️1493-1494 tetrad — immediately after the Jewish expulsion from Spain in 1492.

🗓️1949-1950 tetrad — immediately after Israel's rebirth as a nation in 1948.

🗓️1967-1968 tetrad — immediately after the Six Day War and Jerusalem's reunification in 1967.

🗓️2014-2015 tetrad — during a period of significant conflict involving Israel and the beginning of major Middle East instability.

AND THEN — THE PURIM BLOOD MOONS

👉🏼Between the 2014–2015 tetrad and the 2032–2033 window—something nobody predicted happened. Two consecutive blood moons fell on Purim. March 14, 2025 and March 3, 2026.

👉🏼Each modern tetrad has fallen during or right after a major event for Israel. That's not nothing. That's a pattern worth taking seriously.

What makes Purim observation genuinely different?

The tetrads fall on the major feast days. Those are the obvious dates. Astronomers and prophecy watchers have been tracking those for decades.

🔴But nobody was predicting blood moons on Purim. Purim is not one of the feasts ordained in the Torah. It is a celebration that was later added to the Jewish calendar during the time of the Persian Empire, commemorating the Jewish people's deliverance from a Persian plot to annihilate them.

2️⃣The Purim blood moons interrupt the tetrad pattern with something unexpected. Instead of marking God's appointed feasts, they point to one of Israel's greatest deliverances—the preservation of the Jewish people from annihilation in ancient Persia. Two consecutive blood moons falling on that very day, while modern Persia (Iran) was once again threatening Israel's existence, is a convergence that is hard to ignore. The sign matched the story!!

Could this also foreshadow another great deliverance of Israel yet to come?

🛎️Hint: The 7-year-tribulation is for the salvation of the Jewish nation

THE 2032–2033 WINDOW
Now, let's take a closer look at the final tetrad in this 2,000-year sequence!!

👉🏼 It is a partial tetrad—not all four eclipses fall exactly on the major feasts. But that's what makes it even more interesting. Let's look at the first two eclipses first.

THE FIRST TWO:

🗓️April 25, 2032: This total lunar eclipse falls exactly on Pesach Sheni (Second Passover)—the "makeup" Passover described in Numbers 9 for those who were unable to celebrate the regular Passover a month earlier because they were ceremonially unclean or were far away.

🗓️October 18, 2032: At first glance, this looks like an ordinary day. But what makes this eclipse especially interesting is that it falls during the week of Parashat Lech Lecha (Genesis 12–17), one of the most important Torah portions in all of Scripture.

👉🏼This is the portion where God calls Abraham, establishes His everlasting covenant, promises him the land, declares that through his offspring all nations will be blessed, and confirms His covenant with Isaac. The jewish prophetic reading for that same week declares:

📖"You, Israel, are My servant... the descendants of Abraham My friend." Isaiah 41

Could these two simply be a coincidence? Absolutely.

💡But let's think about this for a moment: If these were truly the final two years of the seven-year Tribulation, what could God be saying to Israel before they entered the final year?

1️⃣The first eclipse falls on the Second Passover—a second opportunity for those who missed the first Passover.

2️⃣The second eclipse falls during the very week the entire Jewish world is reading about God's everlasting covenant with Abraham.

What could God be saying to Israel? If they were roughly 5½ years into the Tribulation, most likely living in Petra and about to enter the final year, the message would almost seem personal:

"You missed the first Passover.
Here is a second chance.
My covenant with Abraham still stands."

THE FINAL TWO BLOODMOONS:

🔴April 14, 2033 — Exact Passover
🔴October 8, 2033 — Exact Sukkot

These two eclipses bring the entire 2,000-year window of Passover and Sukkot blood moon tetrads to a close.

🕛If this pattern truly has any prophetic significance, then this would be the last Passover—the feast of redemption through the blood of the Lamb—before the Millennial Reign, with Israel's final redemption drawing near.

🕛And this would be either the last Sukkot before the Kingdom begins... or the very first Sukkot of the Millennial Kingdom, when God dwells with His people and all the nations will go up year after year to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles, just as Zechariah 14:16 declares.

🎉What an incredible way for God to close a 2,000-year heavenly pattern—beginning with the feast fulfilled at the cross, and ending with the feast that points to the King dwelling among His people. And as if that weren't enough... He even ordained for this final blood moon on Sukkot 2033 to be a supermoon (when the Moon appears larger and brighter because it's closest to Earth), making the closing event of this remarkable pattern even more amazing from an astronomical perspective!!!

✝️If 33 AD was truly the year of the crucifixion, then April 14, 2033 falls almost exactly 2,000 years later... on Passover—the very feast Jesus fulfilled at the cross. Think about that for a moment. The feast that marked the sacrifice of the Lamb... exactly two millennia later... marked again by a blood moon.

Coincidence? Maybe!!

But it is certainly enough to make us stop, look up, and pay attention!!

🔊Church: I'm not telling you exactly what these tetrads mean. I'm simply observing that the God who placed the lights in the heavens for moedim—appointed times—appears to have framed a remarkable window of history: a window that opened near the cross... and reaches its remarkable conclusion in 2032–2033. The question isn't whether God is able to show us important moments. The question is whether we are paying attention.
AND YES, WE ARE! SO LET'S KEEP PRAYING, KEEP PREACHING THE GOSPEL, AND KEEP LOOKING UP, FOR OUR REDEMPTION DRAWS NEAR!!!

Everyone is looking at the current war.

In my opinion, the next one is already looming.

Each day our controlled area in Gaza is getting bigger.
Each day the southern Lebanese terror villages are being erased.
Each day more Iranian capabilities are being pounded.

This current war is no longer the war Israel is preparing for.

The next one is already taking shape before our eyes.

When that war comes, a weaker - and perhaps even one without its nuclear program - IRGC will still be in power.
Turkey still won’t have the recognition and regional influence it believes it deserves. The stalled F-35 deal is only one example.
Russia will have lost even more of its assets.

The current war is already a victory for Israel.

The next one, however, is going to be a victory for the God of Israel.

And in between, I have a strange feeling - mixed with hope and excitement - about the day we are going to be taken.

When COVID hit our planet, we thought we had seen evil. The power grab and the totalitarian agenda were never really about the virus. They were merely a dress rehearsal for what the future will bring.

Then came October 7.

Together with my nation, I was exposed to evil on an entirely new level. The sheer demonic nature of the atrocities was unlike anything we had ever witnessed.

Was it about land? Politics? Religion?

No.

It was a dress rehearsal for a much darker time that will one day befall the Jewish people and everyone who stands with them.

We are living in the days of the dress rehearsal.

The actual script of the play was written for us two thousand years ago.

True believers are those who know the script and recognize the rehearsal for what it is.

The good news is that we do not have seats at the premiere.

We are not invited.

We will be gone.

We will be far away.

We will be occupied with something infinitely greater.

We have a wedding to attend.

So while we are still here at the dress rehearsal, holding the script in our hands, let us proclaim the Good News that there is a way to escape that coming day.

Yes, the rehearsal is painful enough to wound us, bring tears to our eyes, and break our hearts.

But…

We are not destined for that wrath. We have been promised deliverance from it, not preservation through it.

Paul reminded the believers in Thessalonica that we are:

“…to wait for His Son from heaven, whom He raised from the dead, even Jesus who delivers us from the wrath to come.”

1 Thessalonians 1:10 (NKJV)

And only a few chapters later he explained why:

“For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus the Messiah.”

The Bible speaks of two records that will be present on the Day of Judgment: THE BOOKS and THE BOOK.

Daniel first introduced this scene:

“The court was seated, And the books were opened.”
Daniel 7:10 (NKJV)

Later, speaking of Israel’s future deliverance, he added:

“And at that time your people shall be delivered, Every one who is found written in the book.”
Daniel 12:1 (NKJV)

John expands on Daniel’s vision:

“And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another Book was opened, which is the Book of Life… And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.”
Revelation 20:12, 15 (NKJV)

From the moment we are born, we are sinners by nature.

David acknowledged this truth:

“Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, And in sin my mother conceived me.”
Psalm 51:5 (NKJV)

Because of Adam’s fall, we enter this world already under condemnation.

Yeshua said:

“He who does not believe is condemned already…”
John 3:18 (NKJV)

But the moment we place our faith in the finished work of the Messiah, our standing before God changes forever.

Yeshua also said:

“He who believes in Him is not condemned…”
John 3:18 (NKJV)

By grace alone, through faith alone, our names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.

Therefore, the only transfer the Bible ever describes is from the record of those who stand condemned to the Lamb’s Book of Life.

When Yeshua declared:

“He who overcomes… I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life…”
Revelation 3:5 (NKJV)

He was making a promise - not issuing a threat.

This is a statement of assurance, not insecurity. Christ was promising that those who belong to Him will never have their names removed from the Book of Life. He was not warning believers that they could lose their salvation.

Nowhere does the Bible teach a process of becoming “unborn again.” Nor does it suggest that eternal life can somehow cease to be eternal.

Yeshua Himself promised:

“And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand.”
John 10:28 (NKJV)

The apostle John explains why some who once appeared to believe later walked away:

“They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have continued with us…”
1 John 2:19 (NKJV)

They did not lose their salvation.

Their departure simply revealed that they had never truly belonged to Yeshua in the first place.
