@TUIUK Yes I have. Their response was not satisfactory and extremely disappointing. The refund amount is peanuts to a company of your size (less than £200) and the fact it is being refused shows a total lack of customer service or consideration.

Extremely disappointing service from @TUIUK. Refusing to refund a trip that we couldn’t make after contracting a sickness bug within their hotel a couple of hours before the pick up time. Robotic adherence to “policies” with no compassion or fairness. Disgraceful.

Extremely frustrating trying to resolve a broken internet connection for my pensioner parents. They have been without a connection for 6 weeks now following an “upgrade” they never requested. @TalkTalk and @CityFibre this really is not good enough. Please can this be sorted?

@VectareEastMids I think the last bus you offer to Newark leaves Nottingham at 22.15. Unfortunately this is too early to make it practical for seeing the end of most theatre performances/concerts. Are there any plans for a later service? We previously had a 22.50 service which was ideal. Thanks
