@FreyDaddy4@GinoHard_ Since I was at the arena watching this unfold the injured players did not have to be on the ice at the time for the fan event. Many went out to honor Quick, left the ice, and came back. I was watching since many players we haven’t seen in a very long time.
@AnthonyLaPanta Sorry - I have been in my seat for almost every game this season but I had a former student ask me to attend his graduation from the police academy. I ❤️ my Cats , I ❤️ the 🇺🇸, and I am proud of my student.
@JamesonCoop They have accrued more lost man games to date than the past two seasons combined. In the 15 games they have been to Winnipeg, Minnesota, Chicago, one at home, St Louis, then two at home, and Tampa. Bolts had three away then 5 at home. It has been brutal - I am just watching!
@morganbolts I think hockey nicknames are for the locker room or on the ice. As a fan, I might yell it while I’m in the stands but it isn’t for me to call them by their hockey nickname in person.
@SashaBarky Maybe an unpopular opinion but the last three years have been very successful. Don’t mess with what has been working. We all wear the same stuff the game after a win…..
@MarindaVannoy1 My district provides breakfast and lunch - Some bring a healthy lunch, some just bring snack, some eat the school lunch, some buy additional snacks and throw away the actual lunch. Much of the healthy food (fruits/veggies or milk/juice) is thrown away and they just eat snacks.
@PTPJacob Sasha is a 200 ft player whose role goes beyond shot & goals. He sets up others & he shuts down other teams. He is critical on the PP as well as the PK. He makes every player on the ice with him better. I’m privileged to have watched almost every home game he has played!
@brolls27@JessBlaylock Research the jock tax. When they play in another city they pay taxes for that state or municipality. When players play here they don’t pay a state tax but we aren’t the only state. Do the research on that one too. It is extremely complex.
@soveyx I always tip on take out. They took the order by phone or monitored it once it was placed online, check it, bag it, add plastware or condiments, greet me, & retrieve the order. Most POS pads have a “custom” tip option to at least acknowledge that something was done for you.
@rowdybowdy555@BKHockeyTalk I was on the beach last year and this year by 8:30 for the parade and celebration. Both time I must have missed the free red shirts being handed out you mentioned! I will have to look for it next time, not that I need one since I have plenty of Panthers apparel.
@GeorgeRichards Maybe that is because we were at watch parties or at the actual game. We did parties for almost every away game with season ticket holders in our section and we were at everyone home game.
