📣 On Monday, Orthopaedic surgeons at St Mary’s Hospital became the first in Europe to successfully implant a new and innovative plate to fix a fracture of a patient’s pelvis.

So I think I understand internal medicine. You have to figure out how much fluid is in the body, then you argue with people from different specialties about how much fluid is in the body, then you do an echo, then you add or remove fluid, sometimes both, then discharge.
