SCHOOLS will not provide a #SafeSeptember2021 because @Sflecce won't provide a plan or respond to concerns demanding Ventilation, Consultation, Vaccination, proper PPE, Rapid Testing, Contact Tracing, no Hybrid. RETWEET until he does @parentaction4ed

The email sent by OCT is confirming we will no longer be allowed to teach in publicly funded schools in Ontario as of Aug 31 if we don’t pass the “math” test. This round of testing is still a pilot test.

This is not just a math test.

17/19:How many people do we need to donate $5 (less than the cost of a Starbucks☕️) in order to get to $35,000? After solving go to the GoFundMe & give up your daily Starbucks.OTCC Legal Fund ⁦⁦@OTCC19⁩ ⁦@maritstiles⁩ ⁦@ChrisGloverMPP⁩ https://t.co/CtZHhLDVv8

@BBFarhadi There are also approx 3000 new teachers that have been teaching on the front lines all year who will have their temp license revoked on Aug 31st.

[otcc.ca @OTCC19]

As a group of volunteers, advocating for ourselves, our colleagues, & our future colleagues please know we are doing everything we can to fight this test.

Thank you for your support. Please help us continue by donating to pay our legal fees! https://t.co/VN20riutAO #onted #mpt

[otcc.ca @OTCC19]

We THANK everyone who has donated money to our fundraiser. Our govt has ignored our #mpt pleas and getting them to the table is costing us $60k so far.

The province can afford to ignore us but we can't afford to be ignored.

Teacher candidates should not be burdened by a math proficiency test that was poorly conveived and implemented in the middle of a pandemic. #onpoli #onted @OTCC19

[otcc.ca @OTCC19]

@ChrisGloverMPP @erteacher14 Thank you for your continued support @ChrisGloverMPP. After so many TCs and new teachers stepped up to fill teaching vacancies this year, the ministry thanks us by implementing the MPT that can revoke our teaching certifications. This is absurd given the state of #onted.

Wednesday, February 24 is Pink Shirt Day-a day when people wear a pink shirt to symbolise a stand against bullying. Let all of us in the TCDSB assert what our faith teaches us. Everyone deserves respect and dignity. Bullying in any form must be condemned. #PinkShirtDay
