@IKEAUKSupport We bought a kitchen from you on 06/02, with an installation date of 14/04 confirmed to us on 17/02.
On 04/03, allocated fitters then tried to postpone by 2 weeks (to 28/04) since they had a backlog to fill as IKEA deliveries were behind. More 👇 below

If not, we will have to delay by several months. This has been extremely unsatisfactory service from IKEA and we are feeling very messed around at a stressful time with a baby on the way.

We have been repeatedly told that this will be passed on to the relevant people who will be in touch. No one has been in touch. We only knew of these dates by contacting IKEA ourselves. We really need someone to take responsibility and ensure our installation can happen on 14/04.
