Parents - for the teachers’ sake, please make your child (no matter their age) read a minimum of 30 minutes a day during the summer from a book. An actual book, not a screen. Even better, read along side them. Most libraries have incentive programs too! I dare you to give me one excuse why you cannot do this, except maybe your child is at camp for a week, etc.
