I have the absolute worst experience @HomeDepotCanada! 3 days in a row, I've attempted to order my kitchen appliance online, & each day thinking I have completed my order, only to find out they have gone unprocessed despite receiving confirmations.

My biggest regret right now is that I didn't purchase all of my appliances through @BestBuyCanada to avoid this completely unnecessary and avoidable headache with @HomeDepotCanada.

1 hr with customer service only for them to be unable to unsuccessfully put through my order. To verify the appliances are available and to tell me I have to go to a store. The whole point of ordering online is that I can't get to the store.
