What better way to celebrate the end of term (and first exam done @Cambridge_Uni) with our brilliant Executive MBA students than dinner at @ClareCollege and listening to @AdamPacifico on leadership in action and hearing about his journey from being a barrister, prosecuting and defending in the criminal courts, to a serving police officer with the @metpoliceuk, 3 years serving on the proactive teams, and now a partner at @Heidrick’s London office and a member of Heidrick Consulting. I learnt a lot!

As a challenge Adam invited people to put their name forward this evening to be interviewed on his podcast about their leadership journey, and the name that was drawn from the Clare silver bowl was…Eki Bennedeta!
