@chrisdancy π― agree! One of the best pieces of advice I read from a CEO was that he always let his calls go to vm. People will tell you what they want. From there, call back, text, or do nothing at all. Itβs all about boundaries. Just because the phone rings, you do NOT have to answer it!
@ronhoutman If anything, it has helped students become better at learning how to study, improve their quality of work, and serves as an on-demand tutor. Itβs been fascinating to watch my kids use it.
@ronhoutman This is such sound advice and I can attest, is absolutely true. People are starving to connect. My biggest successes in public speaking have come when I let myself be my most authentic self b/c when we are real, people see that and are moved. They also see when we are not. β€οΈ
@MollyCain Michigan just moved to a model where student teachers are FINALLY paid a stipend. Itβs small but itβs something and is a credit to the full-time work that these young professionals are putting in for 3-9 months.
