@TMFanSupport Usher concert was cancelled 8/17 and rescheduled for 12/12. Seeking refund on SEVEN of EIGHT tickets purchased. @TMFanSupport is denying refund because of one sold ticket. Policy does not state this. Please resolve immediately.

@TMFanSupport …please do better. My sister transferred tickets to me that were purchased on @Ticketmaster.com. The usher concert in Atl 8/17 was rescheduled and she could get a refund. We had to sale 1 ticket of the 8 and you now say non-refundable. Will be seeking attorney.

@united can you respond to my escalation for my reimbursement from my canceled flight? Your rep instructed me to secure alternative transportation and then submit my receipt for reimbursement and then you deny? What is really going on?

@VerizonSupport help me. Sent trade in phone back in December. Still not receiving trade in credit—though you show you received phone. Have spoken to 9 reps who have assured me they have “taken care of it”. After being a customer for 29 years…this is finally the last straw!

@stlcardsfaninva @united I’m fighting for reimbursement after booking Southwest flight ti get home. @united rep told me to submit receipts for reimbursement and all @united wants to pay is $186 for the cancelled flight. FURIOUS!

@IrinaLovelace @united I clearly understand. I had to purchase 2 SW tickets to get home and I chatted with @united rep who said I could be reimbursed. Took a screenshot of chat to submit with reimbursement and all @united wants to pay is the last leg of my cancelled flight. I am furious!

@united still waiting on UA to reimburse for Southwest flight. United canceled my flight, rebooked me for the next afternoon. @united rep told me to purchase SW tickets & send receipt to United. United says they don’t reimburse for alternate transportation. Terrible.

@united flight from Cabo to Nash via IAH Sun. Connecting canceled and rebooked for next day. Chat with @united representative who told me I could be reimbursed for purchasing SW tix to get home same day. Submitted reimbursement with chat transcript-DENIED. Do better.
