🩺 In 929 pts with stage III–IV EOC:
📈 Primary debulking → ⬆️ OS (68.4 vs 52 mo, p = .0004)
📉 BUT no significant difference after adjustment (HR 1.15, p = .12)

💡 Key takeaways:
👩‍⚕️ Younger, Stage III, BRCA-WT/HRP → 💪 benefit from primary
