@elenoresturko Gov bi-partisan committees, been there, done that-see 2022. Decrim failed? Ask the VPD why they wouldn't intervene-can we drink in hospitals? Toxic drugs kill, NOT"safe supply". Action NOW!" by striking another committee? How 'bout listening to experts who know what to do?

@elenoresturko @GarryBeggBC Please provide proof that it is "unseized" fentanyl is the BIG problem. Toxic street drugs are the killers-
for the past 11 years. You must know how unsuccessful drug seizures have been. El Chapo is in jail-what did that do to decrease drug sales & availability? nada.

@nationalpost Incarceration-When has that made a dent in drug production? Where is one of the biggest dealers, El Chappo? Did his containment make any difference in the production of illicit drugs? No. What will make a difference? WHEN THE ILLEGAL PRODUCTS HAVE NO MARKET.

@JaniceH50396758 @CityNewsVAN No, you are wrong & mean. He saved hundreds of people from dying by overdose & helped many get to detox & treatment. His death is a loss. He was a kind man who gave a lot to others. YOU didn't know him; we did. You just jumped to conclusions; this is the stigma around drugs.

@elenoresturko Yes but Elenore, sadly we do not view your actions as helpful at all! Tell the truth! What anti-police agenda? Of the 4 pillars approach, enforcement gets 58 % of the budget while harm reduction gets 8%. Also when did "radical drug legalization" happen? We musta' missed it.

@guyfelicella @LauraBabcock Yes-PP doesn't know that he doesn't know, and speaks with the conviction that he knows all about drug use, etc. That does make him dangerous-as he is acting on a lack of knowledge, understanding, and empathy. It's just about votes it seems.

@elenoresturko @PierrePoilievre OMG- not the NP- the voice of all truth. Safe supply programs are not"so called". How about calling them "not dead yet programs" which BTW would keep people alive so that they could access a space in PP's 50000 treatment spaces(which he has never mentioned before).

@elenoresturko We've avoided X for a while. Criminals sell drugs; they did before any safe supply program. Safe supply- unwitnessed even works- the data is there. What really has been wasted in not time; it is the lives of people. 16000-unconscionable. Quit with ur opinons; read the data.

@FranYanor If it is not to be considered anecdotal, you must provide proof (not just based on newspaper articles). It does NOT follow that "100%....new users "are becoming addicted because of safe supply. Again an anecdotal claim; addiction occurs due to a confluence of factors.

@JohnRustad4BC Well John, let's ask Alberta for their research and data that shows their approach works and that involuntary treatment would work before promoting this. The disgrace is that we know how to keep people alive long enough to go to treatment- we just don't do it.

@FranYanor @DULFBC @somerspsych @BeatNorthern Julian Somers is always looking for a platform to complain about how he was "done wrong". He sets himself up as knowing more than our PHO. Many of us supported DULF: 1) to stop the deaths from TOXIC drugs for a high risk population & 2)demonstrate that a compassion club works.
