#ASCO26 reinforced what we know: RAS-targeted therapies are reshaping cancer treatment. Our Phase 3 RASolute 302 results demonstrate meaningful progress for patients. Excited about what's ahead.
A historic moment at #ASCO26: more than 9,000 oncologists rose for three standing ovations as Brian Wolpin, MD, MPH, Director of the Hale Family Center for Pancreatic Cancer Research, presented promising new Phase 3 results for an investigational treatment for metastatic pancreatic cancer.
In the trial, daraxonrasib helped patients with previously treated metastatic pancreatic cancer live significantly longer than those who received chemotherapy.
While more work remains, these findings offer something powerful: hope for patients and families facing one of the most challenging cancers.
As Dr. Wolpin said, “It is exciting to see that we may soon be able to help patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer in ways we haven’t been able to before, improving both survival and quality of life.”
Congratulations to the researchers and patients who made this important progress possible. 👏👏👏

Big progress vs cancer, folks.
The kind of event curves from randomized trials that we've not seen before for a couple of the most deadly cancers. Congrats to the oncology research community for getting these trial done. #ASCO26, @ASCO
Siamo di fronte a una svolta senza precedenti nella lotta contro il cancro del pancreas, e contro il cancro in generale. I pessimisti, i criticoni, i medicucci, i divulgatori si rassegnino. E' una rivoluzione.

Standing ovation for RASOLUTE-302 of #daraxonrasib in second-line #PDAC at #ASCO26 plenary session. Finally a practice changing trial for patients with advanced PDAC. Now we need daraxonrasib in clinical practice soon! @ASCO
This curve brought me to tears.
I treated a patient on this trial, and it took his terrible pain away completely within days, which is simply not common.
This represents decades of scientific perseverance and millions of patients who will now live longer and with less pain. 👏🏻
Cheers, chills, and a standing ovation when RASolute 302 showed unprecedented survival on daraxonrasib for patients with progressive pancreatic cancer

Incredible #ASCO26 moment.
Dr. Brian Wolpin, presenter of the daraxonrasib study, received a standing ovation DURING his talk after he stated the survival benefit for PDAC patients. It was sustained. Cheering. I have never see anything like it in the middle of a talk. $RVMD
