Another great day of learning in #EMconf! After an awesome M&M, our residents worked thru a sim case of TTP, tackled more oral boards cases, & got hands-on practice w/ Minnesota tubes, nailbed repair & US-guided fascia iliaca blocks via our own handcrafted food models! #CLErising
