@JohnAlanWoods@JohnAlanWoods MyAlgo is from Rand Labs, which is the same company owned by a guy that some years ago when Algorand was in testnet "was hacked" losing ~2m USD, right? Ask Garcia or Murugan
@paulriegle@Algorand Ethereum. I'm a believer since it's truly decentralized today and not with a "future promise". Also, it has by far the biggest community. The current finality is 12 minutes, but it's planning to have 12s finality (L1).
Why people say that ETH burn rate is linear with total supply? Afaik, burn rate is linear with block space usage and independent of total supply.

@trent_vanepps@ProtocolGuild What's the average salary range for core developers? I'd expect that depends on teams, but it would be useful to have some transparency there. How much is the average SWE in the EF earning? I'd like to know this to see how important PG is. This sounds like they're underpaid.
@dankrad Feels similar as when you receive random coins in your address. There's some interesting relationship in open spaces where one isn't supposed to give permissions to be pinged or sent stuff.
@likebeckett@musalbas "The next block" is a hard promise to make. Nobody is making those promises in the Ethereum chain, as an example. Why would anyone commit to pay an unknown amount of fees? Looks like an attack vector
@likebeckett@musalbas Doesn't make sense to me sequencers will accept promising inclusion without a comfortable margin of time. If Celestia is having delays, or high fees or got down, nobody should be slashed. End result: long finality time.
