گلگت بلتستان میں جاری حقوق کی تحریک

غیر جانبدار محب وطن پاکستانیوں سے درخواست ھے کہ
گلگت بلتستان اور مقبوضہ کشمیر کے مابین ایک موازنہ کیجئے
کہاں لوگوں کو بنیادی حقوق زیادہ حاصل ھیں
کہاں لوگوں پر ظلم و ستم زیادہ ھے؟

کیا یہ بات پاکستانیوں کو معلوم ھے؟
کہ گلگت بلتستان والوں کو پاکستانی ریاست آئینی طور پر پاکستانی نھیں سمجھتی؟
کیا آپ جانتے ھیں کہ گلگت بلتستان کے لوگوں نے اپنا علاقہ ڈوگرہ فوجیوں کو شکست دے کر آزاد کرایا تھا اور اس کا الحاق قائداعظم کے ذریعے پاکستان سے کیاتھا
جبکہ
مقبوضہ کشمیرپر ھندوسامراج نے زبردستی قبضہ جما رکھا ھے
گذشتہ کئی دھائیوں سے کشمیری باشندےھندوستان سے آزادی کی جنگ لڑ رھے ھیں
لیکن اسکے باوجود
مقبوضہ کشمیر کے رھنےوالے تعلیم صحت معیشت، زراعت،صوبائی خود مختاری اور سیاسی حقوق کےاعتبار سے کہاں کھڑے ھیں ؟
جبکہ
گلگت بلتستان والوں کو اپنی سرزمین خود ریاست پاکستان کے سپرد کرنے کا صلہ کیا دیا جارھا ھے؟
کہ اب بھی نہ وہ پاکستانی کہلا سکے،
نہ اپنی زمینوں پر انھیں اختیار رھا،
نہ زندگی کے ضروری ترین شعبوں میں ترقی کرسکے،
نہ کم از کم مقبوضہ کشمیر کے باشندوں جتنےسیاسی حقوق پاسکے
اور
نہ انھیں پاکستانی شناخت مل سکی
وہ پاکستان کی تقدیر کے فیصلوں کا کوئی اختیار نھیں رکھتے
کیونکہ انھیں تو ووٹ کا حق ہی حاصل نھیں،
لیکن پاکستانی ریاست کے مقرر کردہ حکمران کو وہاں کے ھرسیاہ و سفید کی مالکیت حاصل ھے،
گلگت بلتستان میں اٹھتی تحریک صرف گندم کی سبسڈی ختم ھونے کے خلاف نھیں،
سات دھائیوں کی بنیادی حقوق سے مسلسل محرومی
اور
افسر شاہی کی بے مہار بادشاھت کے خلاف نفرت اور غم و غصہ کا اظھار ھے

اس صورت حال کا ذمہ دار کون ھے؟
