Remetry is live.
Connects to your Stripe account and sends automated MRR, churn, and refund reports, with a plain-English summary, on a schedule you choose.
Built it because founders kept telling me they're still exporting CSVs and maintaining spreadsheets manually.
@santoshstack the betrayal days are usually one fat refund or a failed renewal that the big mrr number doesn’t explain. when it happens to you, do you go hunt the customer in stripe or just close the tab?
@Maplethorpej 0% churn with “unless you count refunds” is the honest version. stripe will still show a clean mrr line while a refund sits one tab over.
@HsanC_ 19% off a $3k plateau is the unsexy version of a win, usually that means one pricing or ICP change finally showed up in the number....
when you check the new mrr, is it mostly upgrades on existing accounts or net new subs...?
@dev_chip@autumnpricing stripe edge cases on a weekend usually show up as “mrr didn’t move” and you only notice when a plan change double-charges or doesn’t. was it a proration / quantity thing or a subscription schedule that didn’t fire?
@JoaoRochaOnX makes sense, full-time + a few side tools is already a lot. good luck with demovideoagent and timeoffcalendar, hope one of them gets you out of the 9-5 sooner than later.
@adrianhqs shipping was the fun part, then the checklist after (stripe + analytics + refunds + distribution) is what actually eats the week. which of those is currently the most annoying one for you to keep on top of?
@nnx0r the part that bites after the switch isn't tax day one, it's week three when stripe's mrr and what actually hit the bank disagree. are you moving existing ls subscribers across or starting stripe clean with new customers only?
@jimmy_dj_c wiring stripe is the fun day. the confusing day is the first week a trial converts and a card fails on the same morning. are you on checkout sessions or stripe billing for the subs?
