I paid 3127 rupees an electricity bill using airtel thanks app via indusind credit card on 16th July.

This amount is not reflecting on electricity site and bank confirmed amount deducted on your side.

@airtelbank Airtel payment Bank replied on email that it's related to Airtel thanks app. They have deducted amount but they didn't provide Airtel thanks app contact detail.
I have all relavant information which clearly shows 3127 rupees has been deducted on your end. But no solution yet
