@JohnSwinney can you explain to me why my mother has been lying in monklands a&e for over 12 hours with a possible hip/pelvic break, can’t move, basic care has to be requested. Dr’s are like finding the holy grail and there are no pillows at all across the a&e dept! 1/2

So this is the robotic response from EasyJet over their shambles at Dalaman Airport! I have no valid claim due to extraordinary circumstances yet confirm issue with crew hours in their response to complaint?? @easyJet so what was the issues?

@easyJet Oh and we were told it was cause of the ATC, then the crews hours then nothing reason for the inbetween but the latest is the copilot is sick 🤷🏻‍♀️

Day 2 stuck in Dalaman airport with no ground crew staff to distribute food/water or a shred of information! Flight delayed since yesterday, put in abysmal accommodation last night been here since 10:30am and delayed again until 1am! @easyJet @STVNews @BBCScotlandNews

Hi @easyJet loan traveller here left abandoned in Dalaman,flight delayed yesterday until today! Please see attached pictures of the grim accommodation we were thrown into last night at 3am! Oh and it’s in the middle of nowhere and is cash only which I don’t have! No water/food 👍🏻

I have played devils advocate but with little communication and no real concern when I asked for assistance to source charging materials! (Left with my family still holidaying in Marmaris so literally travelling with a passport, no change of clothes, cash etc) not acceptable!

@PicturesFoIder Don’t agree with how this mum handled this but can understand with the way some parents allow their kids, girls in particular dress for school!! There are some things that just arent age appropriate at all
