@citizentvkenya All my colleagues therein are circumventing the issue. If one gets to read the provisions of the constitution, the president has 14 days to nominate and the N.A has 60 days within which to vote on the nomination. Their arguments should flow from that specific provision.

@citizentvkenya I disagree with Eugene, on the issue of taxation versus debt is a pedestrian argument. Whilst it is true about either taxation or borrowing but there are other things that can be done without either borrowing or raising of taxes. He is forgetting about corruption and wastage!
