Three dishes. Two chefs. One sustainable journey. Zero downtime.
Chef Sanjyot Keer joined Chef Gautam at Club Mahindra to put our electric kitchen to the test.
We’ve been cooking electric for over two years, reducing carbon emissions long before sustainability became an industry-wide conversation.
When global fuel supply chains were disrupted, that decision helped our kitchens keep serving full menus without compromise.
Curious to hear what Chef Sanjyot had to say? Watch the video.
Two years ago, we began electrifying kitchens across our @ClubMahindra resorts as part of our commitment to reducing Scope 1 emissions.
When the recent LPG disruption occurred, 45 resorts continued operations seamlessly, without a single day of downtime.
This is why we invest in long-term solutions. Sustainability and resilience are not separate goals—they reinforce each other.
Pleased to see these electric kitchens delivering exceptional culinary experiences, as showcased by two celebrated chefs in this video.

Why are auto rickshaws not allowed today to cross past the bkc flyover? Lots of police and full chaos. Why so much inconvenience to auto commuters?

Reflecting on the recent sentiments expressed by Mr. Narayan Murthy regarding the youth working 70 hours a week, I feel compelled to share my perspective. Undeniably, hard work is the backbone of success, but it is not about the hours clocked in. It's about the quality and passion one brings to those hours.
For our youth to be truly engaged and motivated, we need to ensure they are placed in roles that not only challenge them but also foster growth and learning. When an individual sees a path where hard work translates to a promising future, they are naturally inclined to give their best.
It's pivotal for organisations to cultivate a culture rooted in transparency, trust, and meritocracy which is devoid of gossiping, backbiting and politicking. The ultimate objective should be to make work so invigorating and rewarding that the paradigm of work-life balance seamlessly integrates.
When young professionals are passionate and see purpose in what they do, the need to 'balance' becomes a harmonious blend of personal and professional fulfillment.
October 2nd 1945 is when the Company received its Incorporation certificate so we observe every October 2nd as our Founders’ Day. It’s celebrated by inviting families to the workplaces of our associates and our top leaders fan out across the country to locations different from the companies they work in. This year I was at Car&Bike our specialist auto portal & also the leading player in the previously owned vehicle market. I also dropped in next door at Mahindra Susten, our Solar energy company. The tradition I have set is ‘no speeches, families first.’ As always, the greatest joy on this day is meeting all the children in our huge family. They are the greatest source of Renewable Energy we possess!
