The expertise does not say: this is what wealthy countries did to other countries during their development.

The expertise does not say: wealthy countries did not develop this way themselves.

The expertise produces a policy environment that serves the interests of the countries the experts come from.

Then the experts go home.

Then the country wonders why the policy didn't work.

Here are the terms for surrender:

If Iran is listening, this should be the response to Donald Trump’s demand for “complete surrender.” A real ceasefire requires:

1. Full U.S. military withdrawal from the Persian Gulf region.
2. Immediate and total Israeli withdrawal from Gaza.
3. Complete Israeli withdrawal from South Lebanon.
4. Israeli withdrawal from any Syrian territories occupied after the fall of the Assad regime.
5. The lifting of sanctions on Iran and reparations for the damage caused by this illegal war.
6. An end to the siege of Gaza and the beginning of its immediate reconstruction without conditions.
7. Reconstruction of Lebanon after Israeli destruction.
8. Accountability for war crimes under international law and the handing over of Netanyahu and other war criminals to the ICC.
