Very Imp. documents are lost by the branch. Customer service is no longer criteria. Landlines never working since last 5 yrs. or maybe more. No answerable authority in the branch ever.

Why there are no traffic constables deployed by Samta Nagar Traffic Dept @MTPHereToHelp @MumbaiPolice to handle share Rickshaw chaos at Kandivali Station East area. Everyday share rickshawala throngs in till station Bridge and chaos is created.
