@Thuranira_1 In this Divorce case your Client literally called you out when you insisted to cross examine the Respondent and literally wash the parties dirty linen in public. This was despite prior indication by the Counsels not to cross examine the parties. A classic case of Sharp Practice.

I didn't die that weekend that's why I'm here typing this today 🤦‍♀️.

After watering my cabbages , I sat down under a tree and started eating a chapati Auntie susana had given me.
"Nipatie chapati nikupatie nyama " said a voice behind me.
It was my neighbour Mugo.
I smiled looking at him as he handed me a bowl full of meat and soup.
"Tumechinja tukasema tukukumbuke"he said.
Mahn I was so hungry and the chapati was so dry .
I received the meat and started chewing clearing the plate in no time .
"Niùkwenda gathufu ? "
(Want some soup?)
He shouted again approaching me with a cup full of soup .
I drowned it all in my stomach.
After relaxing under the avocado tree for a while letting the food settle , I went to his place to return the utensils and say thank you once again.
It was there when I saw something burning on the fire.
"Turenda guthondeka gachoma rìù "
(We want to make some choma now ! ) he said with a smile. Everyone was in jovial moods eating meat.
As I got closer to the fire , I realised whatever was burning didn't look like a goat or sheep. Infact it had a human like arm !
I looked around , there was the head of a monkey!
I didn't need to ask anything. I had all the answers with me !
I Googled about the side effects of eating monkeys and whatever I read made me realise my time on earth is done !
I went to the car and started calling my relatives telling them that I love them na sina ubaya na mtu hata nikienda.
It was chaotic. Infact my uncles came to the farm thinking I had turned suicidal.
When I got home, I went to bed waiting to die peacefully in my sleep.
3 days went by and nothing happened . Its been 3 weeks now.
Everytime I tell mom not to add soup while cooking she be like "ùrìaga nùgù no thufu utanyuaga ? "
(You eat monkeys, is it soup that you can't drink ?)
When I do dad wrong , he be like "gùkù kùrì andù marìire nùgù makihana o tayo "
(There are some people who ate monkeys here and are now behaving like one !)

My drank uncle everytime he reaches our gate be like , "Kanyambù ! Ndìna nùgù nìùkwenda ?"
(Nyambura, I have a monkey , do you want ?)
It's been chaotic my people. In a developed country an Ambulance should have rushed me to the hospital followed by serious check ups and counselling.
But huku they waited to see if I'll die so that they can know what next 😭.
I'm now the village laughing stock .

What of; Accountability, LOST LIVES, Disdain by the Government against its citizenry e.g Effecting Road Maintenance Levy despite the Public opposition, RESPECT to RULE OF LAW.

What I thought began as a genuine and organic Accountability Movement has in the past three weeks been hijacked and, effortlessly morphed into a platform for lawlessness - destruction, economic sabotage, mugging, looting and in some instances, innocent citizens being attacked. As someone whose DNA is eternally biased on good, transparent and accountable governance, and one who from day one lent a voice in support of the GenZ concerns, I give this advise: the check-list has numerous ticks already, and Government led by President @WilliamsRuto has indicated more radical measures are soon hitting the table. A good soldier knows when to retreat, just as a good dancer - when to stop. The Ruto Must Go charade is just that because we are a constitutional democracy and, I encourage ALL of us, as responsible citizens, to now consider pulling back from the streets, give The President time in the short run even as we keep the good governance monitors and allied conversations, active. Though the communique is titled "Sanctity of Human Life", nothing can be further from the truth. Devoid of clear actions by @InteriorKE @NPSOfficial_KE demonstrating RESPECT TO human life & rule of law this communique is just BUT LIP SERVICE.

The Government's actions of increasing the Road Maintenance Levy from 18sh to 25sh despite the citizenry opposition shows a lack of good faith. Further, it shows the condescending attitude the government has towards its citizens.
