@mikerankin I have experienced this problem before. It is possible that not all cards draw the same amount of power, some require a delay when they are being initialized, e.t.c unless we are talking about the exact same card model.

@TheKageniMind They have surely improved but the current processing of good conduct has been hit by a bottleneck because every army recruit needed one. They had to do the due diligence, but now everyone else is queued after the recruits and it's taking forever. Couldn't the govt plan better?
