Yes, it's been a while. No, I've not been bothered. There's new sauces up for grabs!
The honey buffalo sauce is scotch bonnet-based, with vinegar and a load of honey.
The garlic chilli honey is also the list of ingredients; all fermented together. Hot, garlicky, sticky and sweet.

I just finished *that* run in week 5 of @couch_5k. It might have just been a day in a recording studio for @RealDeniseLewis, but for me it’s a really big deal to have that encouragement.

I ordered one blind.
The barmaid looked shocked so I coolly stared at her and explained that I play at the high stakes table. I’ve rarely felt better or worse about myself

The only thing that’s ruined my morning so far was that when the deer was helping me on with my t-shirt, the dormice were tying my shoes and the robins were helping me brush my teeth, Ratty and Badger weren’t here to watch

Since this time last year, I've ditched 25 kg. For *reasons*, things have plateaued a bit for the last few months. If I can do another 14 kg this year, I'll be ok with that. I'll update weekly.

So. Today I did enough to lose weight. What with having drunk seemingly 8L of water today while slowly melting in the heat, tomorrow I might weigh more. But I know I've done the right thing. All I have to do is the same tomorrow, and a few more tomorrows after that.

Hi @Travel_Up. You just did it again. That's 2 1/2 hours I've spent waiting on the phone just to be hung up on twice. Please contact me directly. Your terms say that tickets are immutable the day after booking but you give me no chance to do so. It's not good enough.

Hi @Travel_Up . I just waited an hour to talk to an advisor of yours who hung up on me immediately. It's a surefire way of clearing a phone queue but doesn't exactly help much
