Bankers also hate life and commit suicides in significant numbers every year.

Last night I was not feeling well so went to sleep early without having dinner and this morning I was a bit late in leaving bed and there was 20 missed calls since morning and then got this terrible news of strike being deferred in name of high power committe .
It is time for AIPNBOF to leave AIBOA and ufbu .
And we will do that today itself .

07/12/23 ka MOU mid night me Kiya .
08/03/24 ka joint note raat ke andhere me Kiya and kal raat ke andhere me phir 8 lakh bankers ki pidh me chhura bhoka .
Few wise men were saying even yesterday evening ki strike call off hoga .but I was saying categorically ki strike es baar call off nahi hoga and historic strike hoga .
And I was made fool by these 7 muskiteer of banking trade union.

It is being reported that, following the recent incident at SBI Junagadh, you have suspended both parties involved.

I would like to remind you that the Chief Manager was the one who was allegedly slapped, and despite that, he did not retaliate or strike his senior officer.

What was the Chief Manager supposed to do?
Should he have simply filed an internal complaint?
How was he supposed to face his family after being publicly humiliated?

In this case, neither SBI’s social media policy nor its officers’ conduct policy appears to be the central issue. Rather, the AGM’s actions could amount to gross misconduct, and it is the AGM against whom strict disciplinary action, including termination, should be considered.

SBI has earned immense respect over decades as India’s largest and most trusted bank. That reputation was built not only on business performance but also on institutional fairness. One hopes the final outcome reflects those values and strengthens employees’ faith in the organization.

Personally I do not need SFF maintenance on a declaration basis
Personally day end check does not affect me
Personally I am not affected by the threshold limit .
Because I am retired from bank services.
Yet I took this huge risk for my federation going on solo strike
Because I can't live peacefully with the deteriorating service and working condition of young bankers .
Personally I get disturbed when I read young bankers committing suicide due to stress pressure and uncouth bosses .
So as general secretary of AIPNBOF i talked to my fellow office bearers and central committee members and went for a 2 day strike today and tomorrow.

Many are calling me a ‘hypocrite’ because I speak against illegal immigrants coming here on boat and yes, I was once an ‘asylum seeker’ too.

But let me tell you the truth and the difference.

I came here with my parents and siblings after losing everything to war , religious persecution and violence in Afghanistan.
We fled after I lost my elder brother in this turmoil. We were under religious persecution and faced death threats daily. We didn’t come here to take, we came here to survive.

We didn’t bring hatred. We brought gratitude.
We came to live in harmony, not to recreate the same violence we escaped from.

But today, the very people we ran from, the extremists, the radicals, the tribal thugs, are being welcomed in by our government.
And I can see, with my own eyes, “a new Afghanistan rising up on British soil”

I’m warning you, not out of hate, but because I know who they are. I know what they believe, what they capable of. I know how they operate.
I escaped from them once. I won’t sit silent and let them take over the land that gave me and my family a second chance.

We still have time.

Let’s stop fighting each other and start fighting for Britain.

My kids were born here. They speak the language, live the British way, and I always told them:
“You are British, Afghanistan is not your identity.”

But when their school started teaching them Islamic studies, I stood up and said:
“This is a Christian land, if you want to teach religion, teach them Christianity first.”

I came here with respect for this country, and raised my family to do the same.
“We didn’t come to change Britain. We came to be part of it.”

And immigrants who came in here to change this beautiful country can fuck off
