So, @UPS this is what you believe to be an acceptable way of showing a package is delivered? Additionally, I can tell from it that that is NOT my house. So on top of a terrible picture, you can't deliver to the right house. I'm glad it isn't a heavy package...this time

Hey @Lifetouch and @Shutterfly, why are random JC Penny's family pictures in my Shutterfly album? Shutterfly sent me to LifeTouch that has a 999 minute wait, so I just deleted them, but who else's photos are randomly in others albums? I would help, but not with that wait time ๐ฅด

@GreenDotBank Yes, I've responded. I do suggest that you invest more into your customer service. Ive dealt with a lot of different companies, but this is negligence particularly when you don't process SSN through credit and frozen accounts can't stop this. You are part of the problem.
@GreenDotBank So, I spent 1 hour on hold on Saturday and again today. I got sent a card that I did not sign up for. There is clear fraud happening, and I can't speak to anyone. I'm not activating the card to chat with a specialist on your website because it's a fraudulent card.
