@IsaNaidoo Hi - can you help - we (@SOIFutures) are having nightmare with your @wise customer service. Basically a horrific Kafkaesque experience for past 6 weeks trying to talk to someone rather than getting automated out of date responses (up to 10 a day).
@TIDALSupport I have been trying to give you money for weeks, but you keep closing my support tickets before anything is resolved. Then each time I'm back to the start where only copy paste help is given. AND I cannot rate a closed ticket. It is INFURIATING. #1342836 #1334582

@TIDAL I have been trying to give you money for 2 months, literally. Your support is 24hrs then ticket is closed. I've had to start the same query 4 times, new ticket each time...
