New PM of Cambodia Hun Manet has for now 467 advisors. His entire cabinet has 10 DPMs, 21 senior ministers, 30 ministers, 29 ministers-delegates, 713 Secretary of States (Deputy Ministers), and 689 Under-Secretary of States (Assistant Ministers). It is huge waste of state budget.
