some time back, i fell into a peptide rabbit hole. read everything. started experimenting. couldn't stop.
then India's semaglutide patent expired in march. 25+ generics launched overnight. suddenly one of the most powerful drugs in healthcare was accessible - but nobody had built proper infrastructure around it.
no GLP-1 specialists. no monitoring. no cold chain. 1 in 4 indian adults overweight or obese and the system just wasn't ready.
so we built @ZeltaHealth, doctor-prescribed GLP-1s with full medical oversight, delivery, follow-ups, nutrition, blood work - the whole stack.
5,000+ registered patients later, linking up with the head of BD at Novo Nordisk - the company that pioneered GLP-1s with Ozempic and Wegovy.
the peptide space in India is just getting interesting. a lot more to come.

But oh once we were there we…
In Shillong, people were made to wait for hours for a Amit Shah convoy.
Fed-up public started honking together in protest. The police panicked & called off VIP drama & the road was reopened
This is exactly how people should respond to this rotten VIP culture
Look at this BJP minister.😭
At a site where 21 people were burnt alive inside a hotel, in an area where BJP-controlled MCD has allegedly ignored all safety norms for years, & he cannot even walk on a muddy road, where citizens walk daily.
He seems more worried about his clothes getting dirty, visit for formality.
An entire family from Gurugram was wiped out, yet the priority appears to be optics, not accountability..☹️
She had just graduated from TISS, landed her 1st job, & travelled to Delhi for induction formalities.
Her friend Aman Singh was on the phone with her when the fire broke out. "I cannot forget those screams," he said.
Shrutika Baranwal, 25, had "a spark we require in the social sector." She didn't get the chance to use it.

"Here’s the problem: today, the description of the world is always reduced to yes or no, black or white. Superficial stories. Superhero stories. One side is the good one. The other one is evil.
"But I’m not a moral lesson giver. It’s not for me to say what is right or wrong. I describe situations as honestly as possible. The way I saw it. That’s why I use my own life as material. I have seen these things myself, and now I’m telling it to you.
"Because the world is not about Batman and Robin fighting the Joker; things are more complicated than that. And nothing is scarier than the people who try to find easy answers to complicated questions."
~ Marjane Satrapi (1969-2026)
@iramsubramanian Many people, both in India & abroad, may be watching this & questioning the preparedness of our emergency services.
If drones can be used to wash trains, can they also be deployed to support firefighting operations?
Public safety deserves the highest standards of preparedness.
💔 "Nobody can take your freedom. I have lived in a dictatorship. There was a ban on everything! Was I less free in my mind? No, I wasn’t. Did I become a stupid person? No, I didn’t. Because no matter how much they looked at me, they could not get into my mind."
