1. There are no basic vaccines. Babies are leaving hospital without the basic BCG. The government hasn’t made payments for vaccines so they are out of stock. This has never happened in Kenya…meanwhile people are using jets to travel.

2. ⁠NHIF is not working as they transition to SHIF. NHIF to go off kesho, SHIF say it will be ready in September. People are not able to get service. They have to wait for 2 months…ugonjwa ingoje?
