@McDonalds Yea, I complain to Dukart Management out of Wilmington, DE regularly. They typically just send me a sandwich coupon.. But the whole hassle of complaining every time is getting old. There's probably a few dozen burgers I haven't reported.

@enterprisecares please explain to me why you guys insist on crimping two key fobs together. Not only does it take up my whole pocket or an excessive amount of belt clip real estate, now if one key is lost, they're both lost.

Hey @wirecutter, should i get the @Bissellclean 15651 or the 1986? I already have the SpotClean Pro 3624, but would like an upright. Leaning towards the 15651 since it doubles as both, but does the 1986 clean better?

@TheeBellaMari @Popeyes ugh, I ended up driving to the store and it wouldn't even allow a pick up order. I think it was basically freezing any time any of the Offers were in the cart. I went inside and ordered but you can't get points without using the app it seems.

@HBOMaxHelp great news. You should work on the site though. In Chrome, with a wired gigabit connection, constantly get loading screens etc. Definitely not my HTPC.

@TeamViewer_help I finally got through after over an hour on hold. I couldn't submit a ticket because I wasn't getting Trusted Device emails to even log in. You really should allow tickets without logging in. Maybe require license or invoice number instead.

@TeamViewer_help I've been trying to call for hours. The 800 number just rang before hanging up. After being answered, spent 57 minutes on hold and was disconnected... For a company that makes support tools, this is unacceptable.
