@jrgralow et al., I provided written notification in July 2024 to California’s 58 Board of Supervisors (totaling 296 county elected officials), and have made 53 (Riverside County Board of Supervisors was my 53rd, note below) out of 58 in-person appearances.
Here's my whistleblower story. I am seriously vaccine injured plus harmed by a dozen contaminated bags of blood I needed last year. Hospitalized three times last year. 5 emergency eye surgeries. Lesion on the brain. Now recovering from a torn rotator cuff and more surgery 6 weeks ago. I was basically fired for refusing the booster at my employer Enloe Health who decided to mandate it in early 2022. 7 years of dedicated service as a Patient Ambassador and Board member down the drain. Dr. Gralow, I wish @ASCO Daily News would report what happened at the hearing, and reach out to this former California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Public Information Officer. I can connect them with so many subject matter experts to corroborate what was heard.
Dr. Gralow, you stated the following at the conclusion of the hearing: “I fully believe that we should have respectful and open scientific discussion. We should be able to disagree, but then back up and do the research or the studies to prove it. It should not be done on social media, and it should not be done in an anonymized way as has been done."
Social media, which represents the proverbial public square, is an appropriate venue to discuss a product that has impacted so many—yes, as long as the discussions are respectful. I hope after reading this post you reconsider your position. Thank you for your consideration.
As for me I am a California state civil service retiree and CDPH whistleblower. I learned the following more than four years ago.
On April 14, 2022, then-Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra said, “We know that [COVID-19] vaccines are killing people of color, Blacks, Latinos, Indigenous People at about two times the rate of White Americans.”
That Becerra statement is still on the White House’s official YouTube channel. I just checked.
It’s puzzling that Secretary Becerra (@XavierBecerra) did not inform 40 million Californians—indeed inform 302 million more Americans—that the COVID-19 vaccines were (and still are) injuring and killing people at an alarming rate.
Instead, a retired Silicon Valley human resources executive/Butte (CA) County resident Julie Threet (@julie4butte5) whose mother (Jane Williamson) died by the COVID-19 shots; and a former CDPH Information Officer 2 (me) whose brother’s mother-in-law (Dr. Barbara E. Cahoon-Young) may have died from the COVID-19 shots, are doing what Secretary Becerra should have done more than four years ago—and that is to alert/inform the public.
Now that yesterday is over the race has been set. Democratic candidate Becerra is running against Republican candidate Steve Hilton (@SteveHiltonx) for governor of California.
Just as we acknowledge the personal story of Ms. Felder, it is imperative that you also acknowledge the many personal stories and the suffering—such as @HouseLyndseyRN who also listened to today’s hearing—of the COVID-19 vaccine injured and their families.
Many doctors too have suffered. They have been bullied on social media, the public square where they have communicated injury sparing and lifesaving information to people who refused to inject themselves with the COVID-19 vaccines. They have been censored, de-platformed and prosecuted—indeed persecuted. They have been scoffed, shunned and shamed. And even though they have treated and cured millions of COVID their licenses have been revoked and the legal system has been weaponized against them. I pray that one day they will be vindicated and venerated for their heroism. I tagged some of them below.

I learned today that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) received an application from Google LLC for an “experimental use permit (EUP) for the Wolbachia pipientis wAlbB contained in live adult Culex quinquefasciatus male mosquitoes (DQB Strain).”
I googled this question: “Who on the food chain eats mosquitoes?”
This article titled “What Eats Mosquitoes? Meet Nature’s Pest Control,” authored by Trina Julian Edwards, was published in the March 17, 2022, edition of A-Z Animal online publication (note link below.)
Under the “What Eats Mosquitoes?” subhead, Edward’s wrote: “Mosquitoes and mosquito larvae are preyed on by a wide variety of animals, from other insects to mammals. Predators include fish, crustaceans, dragonflies and damselflies, amphibians, reptiles, aquatic and semi-aquatic arachnids, birds, bats, and many other vertebrates and invertebrates. Some carnivorous plants have even been shown to prey on mosquito larvae. Take a closer look at some of mosquitoes’ most significant predators in the paragraphs below.”
How will the release of 32 million male mosquitoes over California and 32 million male mosquitos over Florida during a two year period affect “a wide variety of animals, from other insects to mammals?” What will be the impact on people and the environment?
This is is a bad idea, a really, really bad idea! The EPA should reject Google’s EUP, “to protect human health and the environment!”

When we “vote” we “vow,” or we align ourselves with the values of that candidate.
Well, I voted or vowed with candidates who from what I was able to ascertain are aligned with my Biblical values.

This is me wearing my first motorcycle helmet when I walked in my local grocery store once during COVID.
Shoppers may have thought this was my workaround of not wearing a face mask.
Not so.
Most of the time I wore my sunglasses when I entered stores.
But this time I just wanted to dash in the store and dash right back out. I didn’t want to take the time to remove my motorcycle helmet, comb my wild hair/or put on my Tilley Hat, and lock my helmet away.
Wearing an impervious motorcycle helmet would have been far better than wearing a flimsy fabric or pointless paper face mask!
Hello! I’m smiling while astride my 2021 Can-Am Spyder Sea-To-Sky RT LTD at Ride On Power Sports in Dixon earlier today.
Since I’ve logged more than 51,000 miles on my Spyder it was time for its 28,000-mile service.
So, my trusted service mechanic replaced engine oil and filter, engine coolant, brake fluid, spark plugs, fuel filter, hydraulic control module filter, and evaporative emissions charcoal canister filter. He also conducted brakes, belt, and tire alignment inspection.
I’m good to go to ride thousands of miles from Sacramento County to five remaining Board of Supervisor (BOS) meetings, which are Imperial, San Diego, Orange, San Bernardino, and Los Angeles counties—to inform BOS members and urge them to stop COVID-19 shots.

The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) received $13 million from the $2.5 billion Los Angeles relief fund which the Feds sent to the State to help fire victims, like my 90-year-old aunt who lost EVERYTHING in the January 7, 2025, Altadena Eaton fire!
According to CDPH spending records that $13 million was used for air monitoring and expended to produce post fire cleanup instructional YouTube videos, one of which was only viewed only 181 times, according to this NBCLA report.
When I walked in the door at CDPH’s Office of Public Affairs as an Information Officer 2 on March 2, 2009, there were only nine of us, including a student assistant. Two more staff—Information Officer 1’s—were hired two months later.
The last I heard earlier this year CDPH's Office of Communications now has ballooned to a whopping 50 staff members. That's 39 more employees than 17 years ago!
Because of existing sufficient staffing, in-house resources and available expertise, CDPH should not have had to outsource any YouTube production videos to a PR firm.
But perhaps they did. Who knows?
If CDPH did or did not outsource any post fire cleanup instructional YouTube video production where did all that $13 million go, from the $2.5 billion Los Angeles Relief Fund which was allocated to help my nonagenarian aunt and many others?

This green cap and gown picture of me was taken on May 27, 1976, before graduating at Bossier High School (BHS), in Bossier City, Louisiana—precisely fifty years ago today.
More than a year earlier I stood way in the front there on that BHS auditorium stage, looked at my classmates who sat in those seats, spoke with trepidation and stuttered through my campaign speech. We were high school juniors at the time. I ran for vice president of the senior class. I don’t remember what I said. But I convinced my classmates—who patiently listened to me that afternoon—to vote for me. I won the election.
Standing on that stage was a defining moment of my young adult life. Although I still stuttered in high school months after that speech when my senior portrait was taken, I did not allow my speech impediment to impede me.
Little did I know in 1975 during my stuttering speech that five decades later I would have spoken before several California Board of Pharmacy meetings, provided public comment at FDA's Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee, provided oral comment to CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, and spoke at 53 (out of 58) California Boards of Supervisor meetings—urging federal, state and county officials to stop the COVID-19 shots.
I never married. I don’t have any children. I’ve always wanted to be a husband and father, but the LORD’s path for me the last half-century of my life was to remain celibate and single. However fatherhood has been embodied with me being an uncle to two nieces and two nephews, and being an avuncular father figure to four grand nieces and one grand nephew.
As I reflect about my life one reason why the LORD put me on this earth was and still is to usher my elders to glory. Nearly thirty years of the past five decades I have been a caregiver to my late 106-year-old maternal grandmother, my late 89-year-old mother, and now my 93-year-old father.
Another reason why the LORD had my parents make me in Japan (smile) is to story-tell The Holy Bible, share the love of Jesus Christ, and impart the salvation message through writing to others. Throughout the years I have rewritten about ten percent of The Holy Bible in newspaper format (The Testament Spectator), and have authored five Bible-based books. What’s literally as well as figuratively on the horizon is to ride in the upcoming weeks my Can-Am Spyder motorcycle to Boards of Supervisor meetings to Imperial, San Diego, Orange, San Bernardino and Los Angeles counties.
When I finish what the LORD has tasked me to do, I would probably be the only Californian in the state's 175-year storied history to go to and speak before every county boards of supervisors in the state.

Butte County resident Julie Threet (@julie4butte5) and I have individually and collectively urged California’s 58 county Boards of Supervisors, the California Board of Pharmacy, several city councils, and school district to stop promoting, administering, and distributing the COVID-19 vaccines.
During COVID, I was the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Information Officer 2 who informed CDPH superiors in Sacramento on several occasions about COVID-19 vaccine health risk warnings.
Also, during this period then-Enloe Health patient ambassador Julie, who distributed an estimated 56,000 syringes to nurse volunteers in Chico, alerted Butte County Health Department (BCHD) officials about the immediate COVID-19 vaccine injuries she witnessed.
BCHD officials dismissed Julie, who is injured by COVID-19 vaccines and her healthy mother (Jane Williamson) died of a sudden cardiac event after receiving her fourth shot.
And CDPH superiors also dismissed the shocking information I shared with them, ignored the alarming data I brought them and chided me for sharing my “personal beliefs.”
Over the past two years Julie and I provided written notifications and in-person appearances before state, county, and local governing bodies. We have urged state as well as FDA's Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee and CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices to stop the COVID-19 shots.
Expending thousands of dollars of our own money we have traveled a combined 50,000-miles throughout beautiful California.
We’ve met with Board of Supervisor members, held meetings with county sheriffs, spoke to California gubernatorial candidates, and discussed the carnage these harmful shots have caused with other statewide and local politicians—during interviews, on X spaces, on Facebook and other social media posts, on Zoom calls, in gubernatorial forums and impromptu on-site face-to-face interactions with governmental officials as well as with passerby’s.
Veteran filmmaker Jennifer Sharp (@jensharpfilms) wrote, directed, produced, and edited ANECDOTALS, a 2023 film about the people the COVID-19 vaccine has harmed. (As a matter of fact I requested California’s Board of Supervisors to view ANECDOTALS in my initial July 2024 written notification.) Jennifer, who sustained facial injuries after taking her Pfizer shot in March 2021, has agreed to produce this historic documentary about Julie and my efforts.
For the sake of COVID-19 vaccine injured and dead victims and their families; for the sake of further holding public officials accountable before judges and juries or in the court of public opinion; for the sake of further raising public awareness about COVID-19 vaccine risks everywhere—we are asking people for help so we can produce this documentary.

We left approximately 38,000 Americans behind in our last three major wars, U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney (Ret.) revealed on C-SPAN just about seven years ago.
Gen. McInerney said during this speech 23,500 were left behind in World War 2, between 8,000 to 10,000 were left behind in the Korean Conflict, and about 5,000 were left behind in the Vietnam War.
McInerney made this shocking, sobering and saddening revelation at the 31st Rolling Thunder, which was held at Washington D.C. on Sunday, May 26, 2019.
McInerney said the American soldiers we left behind from World War 2 were seized from Germany POW camps by the Russians, put in Soviet slave labor camps and died there.
The American soldiers we left behind from the Korean Conflict ended up in slave labor camps in North Korea, China and Russia working under brutal conditions.
The American soldiers we left behind from the Vietnam War were sighted in North Vietnam, South Vietnam and Laos.
“There were a number of rescue attempts that were planned by President Reagan who was genuinely interested in trying to liberate as many as we could located from the sightings reports,” said McInerney, who was former assistant vice chief of staff, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C. “Unfortunately, the Deep State would leak the information to the press, and the raids would then be canceled.”
Remember that 1985 Sylvester Stallone “Rambo: First Blood Part II” action/adventure/thriller/war movie? Responding to an intelligence tip the John Rambo character (Sylvester Stallone) is recruited by his former commanding officer, Col. Samuel Trautman, portrayed by the late Richard Crenna (1926-2003). Rambo is dispatched on a top secret reconnaissance mission to take pictures of American POWs suspected of being held at a Vietnam prison camp. When Rambo arrives at the site and sees there are POWs held and suffering there he tries to rescue them. But Rambo is double-crossed by CIA officer Marshall Murdock, played by Charles Napier (1936-2011). Rambo is captured, interrogated by Soviet commander Lt. Col Sergei Podovsky—portrayed by English actor Steven Berkoff—and tortured.
Well there’s an element of truth in “Rambo: First Blood Part II”.
Gen. McInerney said every time there was a POW sighting The Deep State sabotaged a rescue attempt. So Deep State elements in the intelligence community and military, which from Dwight Eisenhower to Barack Obama, controlled the Presidents and politicians, abandoned 38,000 military men— all because of geopolitical reasons.
Such geopolitical reasons were they didn’t want to offend Josef Stalin (1878-1953), Soviet Union dictator for more than two decades. They wanted to keep good relations with the Russians. They reneged on paying $5 billion to Ho Chi Minh (1890-1969), President of Vietnam for more than 20 years. So they kept all this a secret from the American people.
I was so enraged at hearing what I heard that I almost threw my iPhone in the street in anger and disgust while listening to his speech six years ago walking to a nearby coffee shop.
When will this truth be unmuzzled so these 38,000 Americans heroes will be publicly acknowledged?
