I believe it's essential for the Nets to start embracing their history. They have fans from the Long Island days, the New Jersey days, and now the Brooklyn era. By honoring the past, they can attract back those fans who probably feel left behind because of a new era they can't connect with and has not been successful.

Hornets offseason is a stark reminder that progression is often not linear.
Charlotte is going to take a step back next season, ridding themselves of players the organization didn’t believe in or trust from a character perspective. They hope, in the long-term, the added flexibility will give them the ability to build in the vision they desire.
Have a feeling this guy might leap this year a good amount
He went from looking like an awkward little boy to a grown man quickly, I don't think we're that far off from him having a Franz/Deni like frame at 24/25
The Nets trading/cutting some of their younger guys they’re giving up on and signing Rui, Mitch and Keon Ellis is fine but they’re just accepting being like a 30 win team.
Be a little ambitious is my hope. trade for Trey Murphy. Maybe Jaylen Brown. Try to make the playoffs
Flip Michael Porter Jr for Duren and throw in another player to make the money work and maybe a couple of 2nd rounders. Then go get Trey Murphy to fill in the starting 3 position for MPJ. We get younger and talent at both the 3 and 5 positions. 🗣️Let’s work 🤝 #NetsWorld
Mikel Brown Jr. has everything you want in a potential 1A scorer
He’s not just deadly from 3, but he’s also able to break down defenders with his handle and get into the paint
And, on top of all that, he has the mentality to thrive as a go-to option
