Now Mahendar Singh is coming on the line who is a senior and telling me that they can’t give me a wheelchair for my grandmother. And he’s refusing to add me to wheelchair waitlist (apparently the system doesn’t allow it). @IndiGo6E @AAI_Official

Just spoke to @IndiGo6E customer service Durgesh Desai who cannot book a wheelchair within 24 hours prior to the flight as inventory is unavailable at Ahmedabad airport. My grandmother is 89 years old and she is travelling from Ahmedabad to Mumbai. Is this your customer service?
